Pork Fajitas

Ingredients
| 1 pound Good Nature Pork boneless | 1/4 cup reduced fat Italian dressing | |
| pork tenderloin or loin, cut into thin strips | 2 teaspoons vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 medium onion, sliced | 2 tablespoons lemon juice | |
| 1 cup sliced bell pepper (red or green) | 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas | |
| 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
Instructions
- In plastic bag, combine pork strips and dressing. Refrigerate for several hours, then drain off liquid.
- Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; stir-fry pork and onion slices for 5 minutes.
- Stir in peppers and cook 5 more minutes.
- Add garlic powder and lemon juice, being sure to coat pork and vegetables.
- Serve in warm tortillas
