Pork Fajitas


Ingredients
1 pound Good Nature Pork boneless1/4 cup reduced fat Italian dressing
   pork tenderloin or loin, cut into thin strips2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 medium onion, sliced2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sliced bell pepper (red or green)4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 


Instructions
  1. In plastic bag, combine pork strips and dressing. Refrigerate for several hours, then drain off liquid.
  2. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; stir-fry pork and onion slices for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in peppers and cook 5 more minutes.
  4. Add garlic powder and lemon juice, being sure to coat pork and vegetables.
  5. Serve in warm tortillas
